Micro Data on Robots from the IAB Establishment Panel

Abstract Micro-data on robots have been very sparse in Germany so far. Consequently, a dedicated section has introduced the IAB Establishment Panel 2019 that includes questions number and type of used. This article describes background development survey questions, provides information quality data, possible checks steps data preparation. The resulting is aggregated industry level compared with frequently used robot by International Federation Robotics (IFR) which contains supplier aggregate stocks deliveries.
